Returns Policy


We offer a 14 days returns policy. If 14 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, then we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery items are non- returnable. These include earrings which are part of a set. Made to order and custom made items are non returnable. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be returned back to us withing 14 days from date of delivery. In order to complete your return, we also need your receipt as proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and your money will be returned to your original method of payment within 28 days. 

In the event of damage to the Goods you should contact the Customer Service team  [email protected] You must produce to us any receipt or other documents relating to the Goods in question together with (in the case of a claim for damage) the original packaging for the Goods. We shall repair or replace free of charge any Goods damaged or lost in transit where delivery has been made by our carrier provided that you give us written notification of such damage or loss along with photographic evidence within 48 hours of the delivery time 


If you wish to exchange your item for another product, you will be emailed an exchange voucher of the same value of your returned item. The voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date the voucher is emailed to you. Please note that expired vouchers will not be replaced.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery for returning your item. Furthermore, the initial delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund as well as any re-stocking charges that apply (as stated previously). 

From time to time we offer our customers free delivery offers. In the event of a return, the free delivery offer will be negated and the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund due. 

Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receipt of returns. In keeping with our fraud prevention measures refunds will only be issued in the same form as payments hence we will only refund to the same credit/debit card used to make the purchase. 
All promotional offers must be returned in their entirety.
